Produced by the Prodecoop which is a "cooperative of cooperatives" located in the state of Esteli, Nicaragua. Their membership is comprised of 40 coffee-growing co-ops, 2300 member-producers, making it about 10,000 individuals that are producing your wonderful coffee.

We do not recommend pre-grinding coffee.
It is best if you grind right before you brew.
Once the bean is cracked you start losing the gases that
create that great aroma and rich flavor.
However, if you prefer, MOCC will be happy to provide your choice of grinds. |
