Espresso FYI Espresso is not a level of roast of coffee, it is a blend of different orgin coffees (usually three to seven) that will produce a good crema. Espresso should be roasted to a level that brings out the best of the flavors of each coffee. No burnt or bitter aftertaste should be present.

We do not recommend pre-grinding coffee.
It is best if you grind right before you brew.
Once the bean is cracked you start losing the gases that
create that great aroma and rich flavor.
However, if you prefer, MOCC will be happy to provide your choice of grinds. |
